So we offered
they countered

We offered agian, and included appliances
They countered and added some more stuff

We are getting a house... WOOT

360 Cross Rd.

Everything becomes offical March 16th
Closing Date is April 24th
Moving in the last week of April

hopefully having a house party first weekend in May...

Sigh
I'm so exciting!!!!!!!!
